Senior MSK Physiotherapist
I am delighted to be partnering with a leading Private Hospital, which is always to the forefront in investment in cutting edge equipment, to appoint a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
The successful applicant will be responsible for Outpatient MSK, Orthopaedic, Spinal Triage + Pain Management Physiotherapy services.
Applicants must have CORU Registration and authorisation to work in Ireland, i.e. currently working in Ireland or UK / EU citizen or in possession of some other work authorization for Ireland. Work Visa’s will not be processed for this opportunity.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the management of the entire physiotherapy service. Your patient cohort will be made up of the following:
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Acute and Chronic Pain syndromes
- Pain physiology: Central and Peripheral Pain
- Sports Specific Injuries
- Spinal Conditions and triage
- Peripheral injuries
Ideal experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum of 5 years in a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist role.
- Ideally a relevant Master’s degree
- Strength & Conditioning certification and experience is desirable.
- Pilates & Vestibular Rehab experience is an advantage.
- Spinal Triage service experience is preferred.
- Any experience of treating chronic pain disorders is an advantage.
- Biomechanical assessments for Orthotics
- Dry Needling / Acupuncture
