Senior Cardiac Physiologist (Including EP)

Take a leading role in providing diagnostic testing of the cardiovascular system for patients to aid the diagnosis and the treatment of heart and blood vessel disorders – and participate in invasive and in non-invasive cardiac procedures.

Role:

• Mentor and train juniors as well as conduct a wide range of non-invasive + invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, e.g.
• ECG,
• Holter / BP monitoring,
• Stress ECG,
• Tilt Table testing,
• Pacemaker + ICD implants, plus follow-up + programming,
• Electrophysiology (EP) studies,
• Angiography and Angioplasty procedures.

• Provide input to evaluation of new equipment options.

Requirements:

• BSc in Clinical Measurement – TUD or DIT

or

• IICMP Recognition is essential
• A minimum of 4 years relevant post qualification experience in a modern Cardiac Department to include experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac Pacing.
• Post Qualification experience in Electrophysiology.
