Radiographer – Cardiac Cath Lab

I am delighted to partner with a leading Hospital to recruit a Radiographer who’s experience to date includes working as a Radiographer in a Cardiac Cath Lab. This Hospital is consistently investing in latest technologies and is significantly growing its Radiography department resulting in career path/ growth opportunities for all exceptional Radiographers.

Main responsibilities of this new role will be to provide Radiography services in the Cardiac Cath Lab with the opportunity to become a specialist in this area OR there will also be opportunities to keep other Radiography skills up to date / cross train to other modalities, if desired.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the provision of Cardiac Diagnostics and Interventional Procedures utilising your knowledge of a range of advanced medical equipment.
  • Work with Cardiologists to provide imaging guidance for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
  • At all times, demonstrate a patient-centred approach to all of your work.
  • Be a positive member of the Cardiac Cath Lab Multidisciplinary team (MTD) and also of the greater Radiography team.

Requirements:

  • CORU registration
  • Radiography experience to include Cath Lab Radiographer experience
  • Experience in an Interventional Radiology department
