*** Medical/Surgical SHO – Private Hospitals Across Ireland ***

Are you a doctor seeking an SHO position in Ireland and would be interested in working in a dual role in Medicine & Surgery?

We are currently recruiting for Medical/Surgical SHO posts with Private Hospitals across Ireland to start in January 2026.

Duffy Alexander Recruitment works in partnership with the HSE (Public Hospitals which includes University Teaching Hospitals), Private hospitals & Clinics across Ireland to recruit doctors across all levels in multiple specialities.

Key Requirements for this role:

• Active General IMC Registration or in the final process
• Full Professional exams or in the process of completing, MRCPI and/or MRCSI etc. would be an advantage
• Proven post internship experience in General Medicine & General Surgery
• You will need to have passed either the IELTS or OET exam and hold a valid certificate. The two accepted standards are IELTS overall Band 7, not less than 6.5 in each domain or OET Grade B overall
• Available to start in Jan 2026
