We are currently recruiting for Hospital Pharmacists at Senior Pharmacist and staff grade Clinical Pharmacist levels. Interviews this month.

These roles are initially offered as a 1 year FTC and offer the perfect opportunity for an experienced Community Pharmacist to transition to Hospital Pharmacy.

This is the perfect opportunity for Community Pharmacists to confirm if they want a rewarding career in Hospital Pharmacy before committing to a permanent role. You will gain exposure in a busy, major Hospital that is utilising the most up to date technologies to provide pharmacy services throughout the Hospital.

Dispensary based and ward based roles are available as well as the opportunity to rotate across different areas.

Pharmacists can go on to specialise in any one of a wide number of areas if they wish, e.g:

  • Dispensary based pharmacy
  • Ward based Pharmacy
  • Aseptic Compounding
  • Clinical Trials
  • Clinical Pharmacy
  • Data Analysis
  • Informatics
  • Smart Pumps Technology
  • Electronic Health Records + Electronic Prescribing systems
  • Dispensary Robotics

Requirements:

  • A Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or application to PSI in process as a minimum.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience gained either in Community Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy.
