I am currently partnering with a leading Dublin Hospital to fill the role of Head of Cancer Services – Pharmacy.
This is a unique opportunity for a progressive Senior Clinical Pharmacist to establish themselves in a Senior Management role in a modern Dublin Hospital, where they will be able to influence policy and direction of the service, taking a holistic view in collaboration with Multidisciplinary Senior Management.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Pharmacy Cancer services, whilst also taking delegated responsibility for Aseptic Services, Clinical Oncology, Palliative Care + Clinical Trials in the service.
Recruit, mentor and lead a pharmacy team as required.
Manage JCI accreditation and all Quality initiatives for own department.
Lead in strategic planning and presenting opportunities for service improvement to Hospital management.
Requirements:
- PSI Registration
- Clinical Hospital Pharmacy experience, ideally in Cancer Services – minimum 5 years.
- Evidence of successful people and process management in a Hospital Pharmacy environment.
- Further relevant qualifications and advantage, e.g. Clinical Pharmacy, Risk Management, Leadership.
