General Adult Psychiatrist Consultant
We are currently partnering with Mental Health Services across Ireland to appoint General Adult Consultant Psychiatrists to their multidisciplinary teams.
Summary of Responsibilities (dependent on specific role):
- Manage a combination of acute inpatient and / or community-based duties
- Provide a service to Rehabilitation and Recovery + long stay patients
- Provide a Psychiatry of Later Life service
- Provide Liaison Psychiatry Services
- Manage Community Day Services
- Lead Outpatient clinics
- Manage a mix of high / low supported Community Residential services.
Requirements:
- Specialist IMC registration or in the process of registering with IMC.
OR
- equivalent EU/EEA or UK GMC Specialist registration
- Relevant qualifications.
- Excellent English language and communication skills.
- Permission to live and work in Ireland as the urgency of this role will prevent the processing of Work Permits / Visas (e.g. EU or UK citizen etc.
