Consultant Dermatologist
This post allows an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to
- join an existing, established team in a Model 4 Hospital and
- to also develop new services across the region.
Develop and provide a new dermatology clinic and consult service in a regional Hospital in the region.
Duties:
- Develop new services in line with international best practice.
- Outpatient clinic activity
- Rapid access pigmented lesion clinics and general dermatology clinics.
- Melanoma follow-up clinic, complex dermatosis clinic, and a rapid access in infantile haemangioma service.
- Teaching undergraduates and postgraduate trainees as well as other nursing and HSCP personnel.
- Participate in Hospital accreditation processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years Consultant level experience in a best practice Hospital setting.
- IMC Specialist Registration
- Authorisation to work in Ireland
