Donovan is the Managing Director of Duffy Alexander Recruitment. He is originally from South Africa and moved to Ireland in 2001.
He brings over 10 years of recruitment, sales, and management experience. In 2020 he decided to take the leap and open his own recruitment consultant company. Having managed large recruitment teams over the years – he brings both passion and creativity to this exciting new venture in Irish recruitment.
Donovan’s reputation for bringing top quality health care professionals into the Irish health service is well renowned.
He is considered as one of the top healthcare recruitment consultants in Ireland and leads Consultant recruitment for the Company.
Niamh O’Sullivan-Massey
Compliance & Project Management Lead
Niamh is the compliance and project management lead for Duffy Alexander Recruitment.
She brings over 15 years in human resources, sales & recruitment experience.
She joined Duffy Alexander Recruitment in 2020 and describes herself as bubbly in personality, very approachable and extremely organised. She has developed and implemented DAR’s compliance documents, procedures and best practices. She also assists all healthcare professionals with their individual relocation process, including but not limited to, verification of service, onboarding documents, work permits, garda vetting, police clearance, visas, flights and accommodation.
Her vision is to make all healthcare professionals & clients relocation procedures easier, and above all stress free!

Seán is a Senior Recruitment Consultant focusing on Consultant level recruitment in the Irish Public and Private Healthcare sector.
A Psychology graduate with Post Grad qualifications in Sales & Business Development, Seán has 20 years senior level / executive search experience in the recruitment sector, as well as over 4 years’ experience in Healthcare Business Development. Seán takes a consultative approach to recruitment, investing the time to understand what is important for both the employers and for the Consultant’s seeking their next career move. This approach allows Seán to only present relevant candidates to potential employers whilst identifying suitable opportunities for Consultants.
Seán joined Duffy Alexander in March 2023 and is enthusiastic about ensuring that the most appropriate Consultants are matched with the most relevant career opportunities within the Irish Healthcare system.
Seán is also responsible for Allied Health recruitment at Duffy Alexander Recruitment.

Orla has 17 years’ experience in recruitment, career and Interview coaching. She is passionate about recruitment in the healthcare sector and gets a great sense of satisfaction when she helps a candidate find their ideal job.
She joined Duffy Alexander Recruitment in 2022 and she would describe herself as very approachable, personable, listens to her candidates and has a strong work ethic and endeavours to help her candidates every step of the way.
