Sonographer (s) – Senior and Junior

We are delighted to be partnering with clients across Ireland to add to their Sonographer / Ultrasound teams.

There are positions available with flexible working hours, full-time or part-time in some centres.

Experience carrying out all (or most) of the below examinations is required:

  • Gynaecological, Abdomen, Pelvic, Renal, Neck, Small Parts, Soft Tissue.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for independently operating the ultrasound equipment and for performing diagnostic examinations using ultrasound.
  • Responsible for the daily completion of the ultrasound list, the patient schedule, and all required quality assurance (QA).
  • Monitor equipment maintenance schedules, the reporting and recording of equipment failures.
  • Perform clinical assessment + diagnostic ultrasound exams.
  • Analysis of ultrasound images, sonographic information and medical history and reporting to radiologists.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or relevant other similar degree
  • CORU registration
  • MSc in Diagnostic Ultrasound is an advantage
